Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation Policy shall be applicable for Online Payment/Booking only. Payment or Booking once made using any other mode other than Online mode cannot be refunded or return.

Payment made can be refunded or return within 1 hr of cancellation of the payment odf service booked. After that No Refund or Return can be claimed by the client/customer/visitor/user.

The charges for refund or return of cancellation of service booked by client/customer/visitor/user will be borne by him/her.

After 1 hr no claim for refund or return will be entertain by Topkar Law Firm.
